Hi,
I am a lurker here. I did a voluntary repo on a car that I was
upside down in ... I owed $26,000, and blue book was only $13,000!!
I tried to sell it and tried to trade it and no one would take it.
I was not behind in any payments. So, yes it can be done .. I let
me C.U. know what I was doing. However, because of the deficiency,
and other debts, we are having to file Chapter 7.
