Re: Now what?Date: Thursday, December 18, 2003
Time: 9:58:06 pm How expensive is Pacer? I was thinking of going online and using them but
can't afford much. Pacer is a system Courts use to enter cases in and now
you have to pay to see them. But it is better then having to go to the
court house and look them up. I don't know about filing objections I do
know I am going to enter a motion for a new hearing because I was served a
relief from stay and it was sent to the wrong address and the judge saw the
case anyway but attached to this relief of stay was a copy of my car
agreement with the bank and I do not accept a copy of my signature from
anyone as proof I signed. So, I will motion for a new hearing on this
matter since I was not served in time and I disagree with the use of a copy
and not the original note. Thanks Bobbie
God Bless
