understand where this lawyer is getting this from. If you would like to

just file for chapter 13 without a lawyer. Let me know why he thinks you
cannot make it? Let me know why once you get your co-op paid up in chapter
13 can't you switch to chapter 7???? Bobbie p.s. I too am disabled from a
