That is true except when two people show they live and buy separately I
believe, All I do know for fact is my friend and her husband live together
all monetary is separate and that is how she has filed. Nothing of her
marital assets was brought into the picture now maybe that is due to a pre
nuptial agreement they have together. But that only entailed what he and sh

had before there wedding. Now one thing also is whatever you list, you
should price it's worth at yard sale prices because the banks will not give
you more than wholesale or auction prices for you assets that they may want
