I am not sure but I can think of another way that would include a friend of
mine who is sending a letter to the creditors and getting the balances and
credit reports Zeroed out. But, it involves the laws and what your rights
are. If you are willing to give it a go than maybe I can help you. I don't
think he charges much until he sues the creditors for the amount of your
debt than he will charge you a percentage and you will than have money
coming back to you. I can send you his email if you like he is very good
and maybe he can help you since you don't have a house to worry about.
