As long as you don't have any loans in both names and his name is not on
your stuff they cannot take it. Your car isn't worth anything to them
unless it is new which you said it was not. I would not worry about even
listing your laptop. Just tell them your have very little. The ledger is
what they fill out the date of the original contract with you now remember.
Your signature made there money they did not have an account in your name
with 20,000 dollars in it okay so if you file Chapter 7 I wouldn't worry
about it. It would be Chapter 13 and others that you may need that for. I
personally am going to prove that I am secured party in my house and car
with the Rule 2004 even though I have a lien because without my signature
they would not have had the assets ( very long story but I have been studing
