Filing Chapter 13 to save house

My sale date is set Nov 8, 2003. I can't afford the attorney's fees
for a chapter 13, so I am going to file an emergency chapter 13 on my
own. I Just had a Aunt call and say that God told her to give us the
money that we need, which is only $10,000 or $3,000 for the attorney
to file chapter 13. She called back and said, her son would be there
when we went over to talk to her. I started to get supsicious, cause I
know he a slum lord and calls himself a realestate man. So I had my
sister call back and ask why does he have to be there. Come to find
out, they just wanted to get us over there so they can offer to buy
the house. Ever since the auction was listed in the paper, no family
has contacted us to help, but just to ask "how the hell we let this
happend?" No one has even offer to help pay the attorney's Fees. I
don't understand how people walk away from you when you need help.
Anyway, any suggestion on filling out the chapter 13 petition form
would be appreciated. I have an understanding of it, but any help
would be beneficail...
