From what I understand if they are included in the bankruptcy they
cannot contact you any longer once the automatic stay goes into effect. If you just
filed quite recently they may not have been notified yet. We have some that
are still calling us too. Our attorney told us to send her all phone numbers
and letters that we receive. She will notify them again. After that if they
still keep up their pursuit she will file charges against them. Hope this helps.
