Time: 12:00:34 pm My understanding is that they have to notify the taxing authorities
when you file, so that just in case you should bet behind before
discharge, they can not take action. They have to wait until after
discharge, and then they can review your tax situation, and if you
should owe any taxes, they will set up a payment plan. Also, if you
have a refund coming, that would be held to pay creditors. So either
way, they have to know.
