Thanks for the information, Tod. Did you file in Collin County? Our attorney is in Dallas but I'm not sure if we file where she's located or where we live. I would assume it's where we live? Either way, we got our foreclosure papers today. Our house goes up for auction on November 4th, which means we'll be filing on November 3rd. That will buy us some extra time. I'm glad your meeting was so easy. Now you can see the light at the end of the tunnel... I can't wait until I can too!
