follow up

I've been reading the past post and I also live in Texas. Lawyer did
the quick figures and after all expenses we are showing a little
over 200 left over - do I need to increase my expenses or is this
enough to show the court that we have no extra money for the medical
bills and little credit card debt we have.

Our lawyer says that we would be better off filing chapter 7 and he
believes we can qualify for it. I have to start paying my student
loans for that to work and they come due again in Feb.

Any adivce would be appreciated.
