I just talked to a lawyer last friday and his advice was chapter 7.
We need to file the retainer fee on Monday and we can get started.
I'm really nervous about this - however I don't know much about it.

My dh has been laid off 3 times in the last 2 years - didn't work
for 2 years prior to that as he stayed home with our then brand new
quadruplets. What can be expected after filing?

What social stigma am I facing. Did it relieve your stress at all??
