I didn't have to take any of my bank statements to my
lawyer...evidently, they get information from the bank because they had
my safe deposit box listed on one of the papers, and I never told them
about it..(actually they never asked) the mtg is very informal...you are
sworn in...you are asked your name,address,phone number,number of
dependants,where u work,how much you make there,any interest in real
estate..value of real estate how did u come up with that amount for the
value..any vehicles...do you plan on receiving an inheritance,have u
ever filed BK before...did you read your paperwork,,,did you sign it is
everything true..did u list all your creditors..they are all basically
