about 341 meetingDate: Thursday, October 16, 2003
Time: 9:57:30 am We are mailing back the petition to our lawyer tomorrow. Some things
occurred to me as I was signing my soul to the devil. For example, do
they want copies of bank statements when you meet with the trustee? I
mean, when we met with our lawyer originally, they asked us to bring
copies of that, pay stubs, credit card balances, etc. but the only
things they looked at and photocopied were our licenses, w-2's, and
pay stubs. Or do the trustees pull up your statements before the
meeting and question where you've spent your money and scrutinize
everything? Or is it just balances they want and are interested in. I
don't know...maybe that's just a dumb question.
I heard the meeting only lasts like 5-10 minutes. Is this true? What
can I expect?
