question about employment

Our filing will be done on Oct 17,2003.. a chapter 7 in massachusetts
no assets.....
My husband has been unemployed since Nov2002--He went back to school
to learn a new trade and will be done in Dec...What happens if he
finds employment before our 341 meeting or before discharge--will the
bk be dismissed? our lawyer not to worry unless they ask..they do not
check!!! we plan/ want to report it if we are suppose to
Any comments/advice
