I guess I will have to ask my lawyer then. I had mentioned wanting=20
to move out of state and inquired if I could do so once it was in=20
process and was told that wasn't a problem. For me it could make the=20
difference as to whether or not I file at all. Currently I am=20
technically homeless (no place of my own anyway) staying with=20
family. I simply can't stay with them that long.
