My chap. 13 case was dismissed on 9/25 because it appeared i would
be unable to pay my debts because of my low reported income. I
contacted another attorney because i don't believe my first was
entirely forthcoming with me. He said he may be able to stay the
original dismissal and refile. I have almost 100% equity in my home
and the debt that is at issue here is 53,000 credit card debt.
Supposing my case is dismissed does interest on this debt start to
reincur and can liens be put on my home forcing sale to satisfy this
debt? Any thoughts or answers. Thanx folks!
