Talk to your credit card companies and tell them that if you cannot work
out an agreement, then you will have no choice but to file bankruptcy. I
heard (after I filed), that banks are more flexible when they realize
that they have a choice of making it easier for you, or loosing all of
their capital.

Isn't it funny how they won't budge until they have something at stake?
