It depends on the time issue. If you let three months or more go by, you may be okay. If you try and file so close to when she took the cash advances, that could be seen as fraud. Especially if the advances are such large amounts. Again, get a consult with an attorney. They definitely have way more experience. I know we were told we needed to have at least 90 days of no credit card activity before we file.
