If the statements are that vague then call the card company and
request detailed information (in writing) about the transactions, if
need be question them because you don't know if they really yours.

Regarding the federal taxes, learn 26 USC-- Internal Revenue Code
(available from ISCHIFF.com), look up Vernice Kuglin and read about
her federal court case. Stand up for your rights!
