Hello all;

Thanks for the replys. I have not yet consulted a lawyer, but I am
going to on Monday because this seems to be the road Im going to
take (filing Chapter 7 that is).

I would lose my car because I just purchased it a year ago before
all this happened. I am still making payments. I have 0 coming in -
so nothing is getting paid right now.

I dont have a substantial amount of debt - 18000 or so. But I dont
see how they can deny my bankruptcy when I have no money coming in.

I need to consult a lawyer. How do I find a good one? Do they
usually do an assessment for free? I dont want to just open the
yellow pages?!?!?!
