gambling

Hey. My wife has recently maxed 3 credit cards gambling, during a
trip to Las Vegas recently. If her total debt is about 35k-45k,
what is her likelyhood of being able to file ch.7 bankruptcy, and
have the gambling debt discharged? She has never had any gambling
problems in the past, and she has an outstanding credit score, like
800 becon (sp?). Please help! Thank you very much for any help.
